Halle Berry & Benecio Del Toro Team Up Things We Lost in the Fire set to shoot late this summer in Vancouver June 9th 2006 01:39pm | Posted by: Ricky Smith Hot on the heels of X3's current success, Halle Berry (X3, Catwoman) returns to Vancouver to shoot her latest film; Things We Lost in the Fire. The film stars Halle along with Benecio Del Toro (21 Grams, Traffic) in a story about a recent widow who invites her husband's troubled best friend to live with her and her two children. As he gradually turns his life around, he helps the family cope and confront their loss. Filming is set to run August 14 to October 6 at Lions Gate Film Studios and is set for release in late 2007. The film will be directed by Denmark's Susanne Bier in her North American debut and executive produced by Sam Mendes (Jar Head, American Beauty).
