Chad "The Days Before" St. John will will write the screenplay. Premise follows a police marshal stationed at a remote mining colony on Jupiter's moon Io, where he uncovers a conspiracy threatening the 'Outland' existence. Gianni Nunnari of Hollywood Gang will produce with Craig J. Flores executive producing. Producers says they are fond of the High Noon in outer space premise and intend to expand on the 'space frontier' concept.
