Wolverine Productions Coming to Vancouver
Production Weekly says that two weeks of additional photography will take place in Vancouver beginning January 12. Anyone have any additional info on this? |

They will be filming an establishing shot of Lord Byng Secondary (16th & Crown) with a low flying helicopter this Sunday from 1 pm to 4:30 pm.
The helicopter will come in west from the Endowment Lands and hover over w 16th in front of the school. |

Apparently Hugh Jackman, Ryan Reynolds and Taylor Kitsch (and Eric Bana) have been seen around town. Dominic Monaghan has also been quoted as saying he'll be part of the shoot, in town for 10 days. |

I think they are all staying at the sutton hotel so they should be easy to spot in that area and dominic means lily oh ya lol keep ur eyes peeled and post any sightings , good luck guys

In an interview Dominic Monaghan (Beak/Barnell) said the following:
Are the 10 days reshoots or adding in new scenes? Dominic: We're doing a bit of both, more than anything else, it's an additional scene which I would get shot in the head if I told you anything about. But my character features in a huge set piece with Hugh and Liev [Schreiber]. I think the best thing I can tell you is that it's a flashback scene. So anyone have any info regarding that? oh is the setup at ubc for Wolverine? i was wondering..
anyway, if you're talking about the set outside the Buchanan Tower, when i was there at 2pm, it looked like they were still setting up..seems like some kinda prison setup, with graffiti, watchtowers, barbwire fences..pretty sure no filming had begun yet at that time.. |

this is the last few days of shooting so if anyoneknows anything lets try and put the peices 2gether mabye we can get some pics of hugh any info helps guys post away!!

Hey, I live across the street from the UBC location and they're shooting tonight (Friday) and Saturday. As of right now (4pm), it looks like they're still setting up. I'm actually sitting in the library across the street right now watching it all. I'm thinking they're waitng to film until dark. My apartment building got a notice that there will be the sound of gun shots among other various noises. It's a pretty cool set, if you're kicking around the area you should definitely check it out. It's right in front of Buchanan Tower on East Mall, about a 2 minute walk northwest from the bus loop. Next to Brock Hall and the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre. Lots of bright lights so you shouldn't have any trouble finding the location once it gets dark. Hope you can all check it out! -UBC Girl |
