The 2004 Juno Awards, will air across Canada Sunday, April 4, 2004 at 8 p.m. (9 p.m. in Atlantic Canada) on CTV. And this year the show will be repeated at 12 midnight ET (check your local listings). The 33rd Annual Juno Awards telecast will originate for the first time ever from the province of Alberta, and Edmonton's Rexall Place.
It will be hosted by EtalkDailys' Ben Mulroney. I personally would have liked to have seen someone like maybe Mike Myers host for a bit of humour, but, ohhhh, well.
At 7 pm will be a "red carpet" preview.
I, being a big music buff, will be watching this....congrats to all nominated! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Here is a short list of nominees and for the rest you can go to either:

Yeah Buble is cool. My friend has one of his older albums, its all covers or something. I only brushed through it.

I'm upset that Matt Good didn't get any kind of recognition. Whatever, I didn't plan on watching the show. I never watch award shows.

Hey Mike, Bublé is definitely on the way up....good job for a native B.C'er! Tell your friend to hang on to the album, some you can't even buy now.(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
I do watch some of the awards show...especially if it's Canadian.. but there were alot of good singers/bands left off for sure, on the Juno list. <_<
I think the Canadian performers, especially ones that aren't "mainstream" or over air-played don't get the credit they deserve. Too bad~some of those are the ones that should win awards...if nothing else just for hanging in there. In the end though, I will listen to a song not because it won an award but because I liked it...guess it works that way for most of us eh? ;)
